Delete your data
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This page is for all three of our math apps: Math Magician: Mental Math, SolveTrail: ISEE & SSAT Math and QuantRoute: GMAT & GRE Quant. It explains what data exists and how to delete it. Deleting is free, and you never need to give a reason.
The quick way: from inside the app
- Open the app and tap the gear (Settings).
- Scroll to About and tap Delete my data.
- Tap Email us. Your email app opens with everything already filled in: the app's name and the random App ID that is the only way we can find your records (plus your online account ID in QuantRoute, if you use its online features).
- Press Send. If you bought Pro, you may add your Google Play order number (see below), but the App ID is enough.
We delete your records within 30 days and email you when it's done.
Data on your phone (all three apps)
Your practice, progress, streaks, goals and settings are stored only on your phone. We cannot see them, so you delete them yourself, right away:
- Uninstall the app, or
- open your phone's Settings → Apps → [the app] → Storage → Clear storage.
If Android backup is on, a copy may also sit in your own Google account. You can remove it in your phone's backup settings (Settings → Google → Backup).
Tip: send the "Delete my data" email before you uninstall. The App ID lives in the app, so after uninstalling it can't be looked up any more.
What we hold, and how we find it
| What | Which apps | How we find yours |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase record at RevenueCat: a random App ID, your Google Play purchase records for the app, and basic device and app details. No name, no email. | All three | Your App ID (in the email from the app), or your Google Play order number if you bought Pro |
| Online account: a random ID, your nickname and weekly scores, any feedback you sent, and your recovery email if you added one | QuantRoute only, and only if you turned on its online features | Your online account ID (in the email from the app), your nickname, or write from your recovery email |
Your payment itself stays in your Google Play account: Google keeps its own payment records by law, and you can see them in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
Already uninstalled the app? Email us yourself
Send an email to support@learningonmyown.com with the subject Delete my data. You can copy this and fill in the blanks:
Please delete all the data you hold about me.
App: (Math Magician, SolveTrail or QuantRoute)
Google Play order number, if I bought Pro: GPA.....
QuantRoute nickname, if I used the leaderboard: .....
Where to find your order number: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, and tap the purchase. It is also in the receipt email Google sent you (subject "Your Google Play Order Receipt"). It starts with GPA.
If you never bought Pro and never used QuantRoute's online features, the only thing we hold is a RevenueCat record with a random ID and no name or email in it. Once the app is gone, nothing links that record to you, and we cannot find it. If you still have the app, the quick way above finds it.
What happens next
We delete everything we hold for you (the RevenueCat record, and for QuantRoute the whole online account: ID, nickname, scores, feedback and email) within 30 days and email you when it's done. We keep nothing afterwards, except what the law requires Google Play to keep about your payment. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Parents: you can ask for this on your child's behalf in the same way.
